Doug has taught leadership philosophy at the premier business school in Cambodia for several years. He has 15+ years of experience working internationally as a project manager and educator. He has a MA in International Development from American University, a MS in Labor Studies from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a BA from Duke University. Doug loves to read, travel, and spend time with his family.

Charlotte is currently Senior at Georgetown University, majoring in Classics. She is involved in multiple clubs on campus, including Startup Hoyas, Georgetown Women in Leadership and the Georgetown University Eating Society. In her free time, Charlotte enjoys traveling, reading, cooking and trying new restaurants.

Anjali is an Operations Analyst for the Latin America and the Caribbean Region of the World Bank. She recently graduated with a Master’s in Business Administration from Georgetown University, where she was part of the Leadership Fellows program. She is a certified yoga instructor and passionate about bringing mindfulness practices into the corporate world.
